Who we are

Kaelix operates the Kaelix Lead Leak Pilot booking page. Contact: replace with your legal email.

What we collect

Name, email, phone, and booking details you submit through Calendly or a form.
Basic device and analytics data if you later add a pixel.
If you become a client: business phone metadata needed to run missed-call text-back (call status, numbers, timestamps, SMS content you authorize).

How we use it

To schedule the fit call, deliver the Lead Leak Pilot if you buy, send transactional SMS you opt into, and monitor delivery. We do not sell personal information.

SMS

Automated texts include identification of the shop and “Reply STOP to opt out.” STOP, START, and HELP are honored. Message frequency varies. Carrier rates may apply.

Sharing

Processors may include Calendly, Twilio or OpenPhone, n8n hosting, Stripe, and analytics tools you add. They process data on our instructions.

Retention and rights

We keep lead records while a client is active and as required by law. You may request access or deletion at the contact email above, subject to legal holds.
